Caprese Salad- tomato, mozzarella cheese and basil w/a balsamic vinaigrette

Steamboat Tossed Salad- mixed greens, tomato, cucumber and red onion

Italian Pasta Salad- tri colored rotini, Italian dressing, black olives, pimentos, bell peppers and parmesan cheese

Cajun Fried Turkey– injected with Creole butter

Top Round of Beef– served with a chateaubriand sauce

Bacon Wrapped Pork Loin– with a blackberry espagnole sauce
