The team of highly skilled culinarians in the "galley" (kitchen in boat terms) of the Steamboat Natchez have paid special attention to important trends in the industry. They have added to our menus the distinction of local items and the dietary needs of our vegetarian guests. When reviewing the menus offered for our brunches and dinner, you can easily determine your food based guidelines by the new icons. (Due to the size of our galley we cannot offer Vegan, Kosher or Gluten free meals at this time.)
