Social Distancing Protocol - Steamboat NATCHEZ

June 2 2020 | news

RE-OPENING: Social Distancing Protocol - Issued May 29, 2020

We welcome all guests aboard our vessels, but will ask that those who are feeling
sick stay ashore and cruise another day.

Here is how we make your visit with us
a good choice:

All passengers will have their temperature checked and be required to wear facemasks to board the vessels.

Employees, vendors and delivery personnel will have their temperature checked before
each shift and will be required to wear facemasks (employees will receive a daily wristband
confirming that temperature has been taken).
Anyone with a temperature above 100.4 or higher will be denied boarding and asked to come back another day.

Hand sanitizing stations have been placed around the vessel and are available to all guests and crew members.                                                       Employees are required to perform appropriate hand washing on a timely basis.

Guests will be required to maintain a six-foot safe social distance between themselves and
other parties at all times.

Our dining room and exterior seating has been reduced to allow more space between tables
(floor plans available), and exterior deck seating designates a 6ft separation.

Doors will be open to allow air to circulate.

Food and drinks on daytime public cruises will be ordered via Mobilebytes
https://steamboatnatchez.mobilebytes.com/ and will be delivered for those who haven’t
pre-purchased a meal package. No customers will have contact with food stations with the
exception of private charters.  Dinner cruise meals and Brunches will be served table side.

Plexiglas dividers have been placed between all sales staff, check-in security, and guests where
closer crew interactions may take place. The band will play behind a rope divider and will be set back at least
6 ft from the public.

We are taking the COVID-19 situation very seriously and will continue to monitor updates
from the CDC, City, State, and Federal governments accordingly. During this unique time, we
plan to keep all of our customers updated on any schedule or capacity requirement changes
and always strive to act in the best interest of our employees and passengers.
We will abide by any capacity rules put in place by State and Local governments.

Any events, groups or charters booked will be subject to changes if required by government guidelines.
Thank you for cruising with us!
