Steamboat Chef announces Christmas Eve Menu

The Steamboat NATCHEZ hosts a warm traditional Christmas Eve Dinner in a fully decorated dining room on the Mississippi River. Executive Chef Joey Labella and his culinary staff announce the menu for Christmas Eve 2015, and reservations are open.  Join us with friends and family for this incredible meal and memorable experience. 

SOUP

Brunswick– smoked rabbit, roasted corn, baby lima beans

                                                                                                                          SALADS

Chef Tim’s Quinoa Salad– cauliflower, asparagus, carrots, chickpeas, avocado gribiche

Roasted Beet- baby spinach and vodka bacon vinaigrette

ENTREES

Braccialone– stuffed with olives, Genoa salami and artichoke in a San Marzano tomato sauce

House Cured Ham– hand carved and hickory smoked, served with Creole red eye gravy

Roasted Breast of Chicken– porcini mushrooms and white wine velouté

Frutti di Mare Fettucini– shrimp, crab, crawfish and mussels in a fish fumet

SIDES

Byron’s Brussel Sprouts- parmesan cheese, lemon zest and French bread crumbs

Sweet Potato Soufflé– Steen’s cane syrup, Bacardi Oakheart rum and brown sugar brûlée

Boudin Noir Dirty Rice- duck liver and Jazzmen® rice

DESSERTS

Café au Lait Panna Cotta– chicory coffee and Chantilly cream

Beignets– served with a pecan praline sauce
